Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
  • You may be eligible for a refund if you experience significant, unresolved issues with our API that substantially impact your ability to use the service.
  • Refunds are typically processed for the current billing period only.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@openregisters.com with your refund request, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  2. Our team will review your request, usage history, and any reported issues within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not typically offered in the following cases:

  • After the first 30 days of your subscription or purchase.
  • For unused API calls or credits.
  • If the service was used in violation of our terms of service.
  • For charges resulting from exceeding usage limits or unauthorized use.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the API until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your account after the current billing period ends.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the unused billing period.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
